I have suffered with hayfever since I was a child. I would spend the majority of my school Summer holidays in my bedroom, fan on, curtains drawn. I was happiest like that and my parents never tried to change it! I had around 4-7 nosebleeds a week, some of them lasting way beyond the recommended half hour before seeking medical attention stage. I never sought medical attention for them and survived just fine. 

When I was in my late teens, my GP used to give me Kennalog injections. I only had these because my Beconase spray and Betnasol eye drops had stopped working. Kennalog was fantastic and stopped my hayfever within a couple of hours! Unfortunately, as I later found out, the dosage I was being given was WAY over the recommended dose, which is why it worked so well! As my hayfever season runs from March to September, I was having 1 injection every week. Kennalog was meant to be given once a month!! Probably why, in later life, I found out that my GP had been struck off!!

After Kennalog, I progressed onto all the usual suspects: Piriton, Piritese, Piri-bloody-anything, but nothing really seemed to do the trick and so, it would appear, that I was destined to spend my Spring and Summer sniffling, snuffling and sneezing. However, a couple of weeks ago, I happened to mention to a friend that I was suffering quite badly and he suggested I try Fexofenadine Hydrochloride tablets at a strength of 180mg. He gave me some of his to try (Dangerous I know as it’s prescription only) but the difference was amazing! Suddenly, I find myself with no symptoms whatsoever! I still need to wear my sunglasses if I’m out anywhere that is a bit grassy but, other than that, I am absolutely fine! So, now I am on the stuff myself and I couldn’t be happier! I get a good months worth for the money I pay for my prescriptions, so it all works out really well! 

So, that is my gift to you! If you are suffering from hayfever, go and see your GP and ask them to prescribe Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 180mg. It really does make a fantastic difference and you will, ultimately, have a brilliant Summer!
