So, I have been fitness training 6 days a week for about the past year and a half and have finally realised that supplements are not required. Don’t get me wrong, things like Omega 3 and other supplements of that kind are perfectly okay and do you a lot of good. The sort of supplements that I am talking about are things like protein powder and creatine capsules. The health and fitness industry want you to believe that these are absolutely necessary if you want to build muscle and get fitter. Sadly, that’s a lie! You can get fit and pack on muscle without the expense of these supplements. Admittedly, you won’t pack it on as quickly as you would if you used these, but surely it is better to take your time building muscle instead of paying out hundreds of pounds every year for these things? With the price of everything rising at an alarming rate, you don’t need to be shelling out a small fortune for things that really aren’t necessary, and these definitely fall into that category.
Hope that answers the question!
