I’ve never actually done this, nor would I! Pigeon’s often get a raw deal and are even referred to as, ‘Rats with wings’,
but no other bird did so much for their country during war time!
Yesterday a pigeon
tapped on my window pane,
as he huddled on my window ledge,
to shelter from the rain.
But his constant tip-tap tapping,
drove me from my bed,
so I opened up the window
and slammed it on his head!
