South African Queen

Another set of lyrics based on a true story.

Inspired by a friend who became infatuated from afar with a young girl but didn’t do anything about it because of the age gap. Saw her again a few years later, fell head over heels again and still did nothing!!

Was heavily into the American rock band Poison during this period and it shows! Not my best work.

Verse 1

She was a long haired,

Blonde haired, South African Queen.

Had to be the cutest girl,

That I’d ever seen.

She walked into the church,

Just like it was her own.

The altar turned to fire,

And the preacher turned to stone.

Chorus

She was gorgeous,

Yeah, yeah, yeah, she was gorgeous.

Like a beauty to my beast,

She was a real eye candy feast,

And she was gorgeous.

Verse 2

She had long legs,

Tanned legs, up to her ass.

Could’ve been your woman,

If you’d only made a pass.

She walked into your life,

Turned it upside down.

Stuck out her little finger,

And twisted you around.

Chorus

She was gorgeous,

Yeah, yeah, yeah, she was gorgeous.

Like a beauty to my beast,

She was a real eye candy feast,

And she was gorgeous.

Middle Eight

Listen to me boy,

Throw your cards on the table.

Her she comes again,

Older, willing, and able.

She’s yours for the taking,

All you gotta’ do is say.

Take her back to your place,

And have your wicked way.

Ha ha!

Verse 3

She was a blonde haired,

Tanned legged South African Queen.

Could’ve been your woman,

If you only could’ve seen.

She walked into your life,

Just like it was her own.

Cast her magic spell,

And left you on your own.

Chorus

She was gorgeous,

Yeah, yeah, yeah, she was gorgeous.

Like a beauty to my beast,

She was a real eye candy feast,

And she was gorgeous.
